The Annual General Meeting of Pipe Bands Australia – Queensland Branch will be held at

Monday February 26, 2024
at 7:00 pm
Calling for all nominations for the branch officer positions.
The business of an Annual General Meeting shall be to:
Confirm the minutes of the previous Annual General Meeting
Receive and adopt financial statements
Receive and adopt a report by the Branch Executive
Elect the branch officers - Chairman, Vice Chair x2, Secretary, Treasurer, and Assistant Secretary
Elect the auditor or auditors for 2023/4
Transact such other business as the chairman may permit to be raised.
Any member of the Branch entitled to vote at that Annual General Meeting may nominate any other such member for one or more offices by notice on writing signed by both, to reach the Secretary of the branch no later 12 February 2024.
