For clarification, this is the AGM for the QPBA and not PBA Queensland Branch. PBA Queensland Branch AGM was held on 26 February 2024.

All band representatives are encouraged to attend. Band Secretaries please ensure that your delegates receive a copy of this notice. You can appoint or change delegates for the meeting by email.

 Agenda - AGM

The matters to be considered at the meeting are:

1.  receiving the statement of income and expenditure, assets, liabilities and mortgages, charges and securities affecting the property of the association for the year ended 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2023;

2.  receiving the auditor's report on the financial affairs of the association for the year ended 31 December 2022 and 31 December 2023;

3.  presenting the audited statement to the meeting for adoption;

4.   electing members of the management committee; (Note - it is customary to appoint the PBA Qld Executive Members as members of the QPBA Inc Committee)

5.  appointing an auditor.

6.  other business as permitted by the Chair or resolution of the meeting.
